The record for the most varieties of cooked millet dishes displayed consists of 506 items at a single venue and was achieved by Department of Clinical Nutrition, Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed University) along with Food Safety Department, Thiruvallur District as confirmed on 02 August 2023. The event was managed by Ladder Commercial Solutions (P) Ltd.
