The record for the largest mosaic made from adhesive forehead dots (bindis) was set by Krithika Dinushini Ravindranath on behalf of We The Leaders Foundation on 20 July 2026, in Tamil Nadu, India. The achievement involved the creation of a 30 ft × 20 ft (600 sq ft) mosaic composed entirely of adhesive forehead dots (bindis), developed as a community art installation promoting awareness of drug abuse.
