The record for the largest participation in a national convention on quality concepts consists of 12117 participants and was achieved by the Quality Circle Forum of India, as confirmed on 29 December 2024. The event, titled the National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC), took place at IIITM Gwalior (India) and featured extensive participation, including organizers, volunteers, and jurors who facilitated evaluations and presentations across multiple parallel sessions.
