First operational dual-mode bus and rail vehicle

The record for the World’s First operational dual mode bus and rail vehicle was achieved by Asa Seaside Railway Corp from TOKYO, Japan.The Dual-mode vehicle (DMV) which is equipped with wheels to run on a railway line originally laid for diesel-powered trains. This DMV can also operate on paved roads as a bus after leaving the tracks.
