Maximum haemoglobin screening to raise anaemia awareness among young women

The record for the maximum hemoglobin screening to raise anaemia awareness among young women was successfully achieved by the NSS Unit of Auxilium College, Vellore, in collaboration with Naruvi Hospitals, at Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India on 10 October 2025. A total of 3,676 participants were screened within a time span of 2 hours and 40 minutes, with the initiative aimed at promoting awareness of anaemia among young women through large-scale hemoglobin screening.
